By engaging So Clean Home Services and using the Site, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Section 1 – Introduction & Consent to Terms
Thank you for choosing So Clean Home Services for your cleaning, repair, or landscaping requirements. These Terms establish the contractual relationship between you, the client, and us, the service provider, collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” By utilizing our home cleaning, repair, or landscaping services (“Services”), you explicitly accept all provisions outlined in these Terms.
Section 2 – Exploring Our Services & Initial Consultation
Upon expressing interest in our services, please contact us for a quotation tailored to your specific needs. All quotes provided are estimations based on the anticipated scope of work. While we strive for accuracy, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments to the quoted price. We commit to informing you in writing of any price modifications before proceeding with the work. All changes will be invoiced at the conclusion of the project.
Section 3 – Performance of Services
So Clean Home Services undertakes to fulfill the services detailed in your quotation. It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary work is included in the quote. Our workforce, comprising our agents, will execute the tasks outlined in the quotation. While we aim for punctuality, unforeseen issues may occasionally cause delays. We retain the right to change personnel without affecting the service quality. Access to your premises is essential for service delivery, and any hindrance will be your responsibility.
Section 4 – Terms of Purchase
Quotations are provided free of charge and remain valid for thirty (30) days. We offer three service purchase options:
- Flat Fee Services: A fixed-price agreement based on the nature of work.
- Hourly Services: Services charged based on time spent, billed in fifteen-minute increments.
- Recurring Cleaning Services: Weekly or monthly plans automatically renewing unless terminated.
Section 5 – Deposit
If necessary, an initial deposit may be required to secure our services. This deposit, determined based on the anticipated scope of work, must be paid promptly after engagement. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied towards the total balance owed.
Section 6 – Payment, Billing, and Other
All service prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept various payment methods, with credit card payments incurring a four percent (4%) processing fee. We reserve the right to amend service offerings and costs with prior written notice.
Section 7 – Warranties of Services Performed
We guarantee that our services will be performed professionally and in compliance with industry standards. Additionally, we maintain industry-standard liability insurance.
Section 8 – Cancellation, Refunds, and Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Cancellations or changes to service dates must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Refunds are subject to our Satisfaction Guarantee, where we refund payments if our work does not meet your satisfaction and remains unresolved after re-evaluation.
Section 9 – Workplace Protections
We prioritize the safety of our workers and do not engage in tasks that compromise their well-being.
Section 10 – Limitations of Engagement
While we strive for excellence, limitations exist concerning pet care, personal property, and fixture maintenance.
Section 11 – Reviews
Clients are encouraged to leave truthful reviews, and we reserve the right to pursue damages for false reviews.
Section 12 – No Solicitation of Workers
Clients agree not to solicit our workers directly, with penalties for violations.
Section 13 – Photographs for Promotional Purposes
We may use photographs of our work for promotional purposes with client consent.
Section 14 – So Clean Home Services Intellectual Property
Our website content and trademarks are protected, and any unauthorized use is prohibited.
Section 15 – Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim liability for any losses incurred.
Section 16 – Limitation of Liability
We limit our liability for damages arising from service provision, subject to applicable law.
Section 17 – Indemnification
Each party indemnifies the other against losses resulting from breaches of these Terms.
Section 18 – General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and are governed by Nevada law. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Las Vegas. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
